Head Chef Mark Chance and his team present a set menu of modern Australian cuisine in our historic Berrima Tasting Room. Begin with a glass of Brut Méthode Traditionelle on arrival, then choose from dishes showcasing the best of summer produce, from roast figs with Gorgonzola and prosciutto to crisp skin pork belly with Thai green mango salad, finishing with indulgent desserts including hot chocolate fondant and a curated cheese selection.

Add sommelier-selected wine pairings to your evening, featuring our award-winning cool-climate wines matched to each course, with our Gold Medal Extra Virgin Olive Oil featured throughout the menu.

The Tasting Room combines distinctive architectural character with an intimate, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for an evening designed around connection and conversation.
